Complainant Protection and Confidentiality Measure

In protection of the right of the complainant and the informant who perform in good faith via, name, address or any information that can identify the complainant or the informant shall be concealed, and the information of the complainant and the informant must be kept as confidential by limitation of the person in charge of complaint verification to be able access into such information only.

Nevertheless, the receiver of the information from his/her duty performance relating to complaint has the duty to retain the information, complaint and documentary evidence of the complainant and the informant as confidential. It is prohibited to disclose the said information to other person whose duty is not related unless it is a dutiful disclosure as prescribed by law.

Action upon Receipt of Complaint will immediately consider the received complaint and notify the related work unit to investigate fact relating to the received complaining issue, and take an appropriate corrective action. will periodically monitor the progress. The related work unit will notify the operating result within the suitable period of time for acknowledgement of the complainant at free of charge.
